Artistically finger paint the background of your painting
Session 2 : Understanding Control (90 minutes)
Explore what you do and do not have control over in your grieving
Paint (with a brush) the edges and frame of your painting
Session 3 : Gratitude (90 minutes)
Learn techniques to practice gratitude and mindfulness
Paint (with a brush) the smaller canvas and attach artificial flower(s)
Session 4 (Optional Add-On) : Personal Embellishment (30 minutes)
Bring an item to artistically place on your finished piece
